The Festival of Busselton brings thousands of locals and visitors together across our summer program of markets, concerts and community events.
We welcome applications from food vendors, local businesses, makers, retailers and community groups looking to be part of selected Festival events.

Food trucks, vans, mobile catering and specialty food businesses.
Market Stallholders
Art, handmade goods, gifts, homewares, clothing and local products.
Dessert & Treat Vendors
Ice cream, coffee, sweets and specialty dessert operators.
Local Businesses
Businesses wanting to showcase products or connect with the community.
Community Groups
Local clubs, organisations and not-for-profit groups.

One of the Festival's most popular nights, bringing large crowds into central Busselton for an evening of stalls, food and entertainment.
Applications for additional Festival events will open progressively.

Fees may vary between events. Your applicable site fee will be confirmed during your application.
What You'll Need Before You Start
Your Stall Setup
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own stall setup, including any shade or rain cover, appropriate weights or sandbags, tables, displays, signage and lighting.
All equipment must remain within your allocated site area.
Need Power?
Power availability varies between Festival events and can be limited.
If you require Festival power, you'll be asked to provide details of your equipment and requirements during your application. Access to power cannot be guaranteed.
If you're bringing your own generator, you can let us know during the application.
Insurance & Compliance
All vendors must hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance and upload a current Certificate of Currency as part of their application.
Food vendors will also be required to provide current food business registration documentation.

Our Festival team reviews your application.
Confirmed
If approved, we'll send your confirmation and event details.
Payment is required when applying. Submission and payment do not guarantee acceptance or a particular site location. If we cannot accept your application, your payment will be refunded.
